About the Community Equipment Service
Millbrook Healthcare delivers the community equipment service on behalf of Surrey County Council and its Health Partners. We provide a range of equipment to help keep you living safely in your own home and as independent as possible for as long as possible. These services are provided to eligible residents within Surrey.
Your local NHS service (usually an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or nurse) or Adult/Children Social Care team at Surrey County Council can organise the equipment for you if you are eligible. The relevant professional will order suitable equipment. You cannot order equipment directly from the community equipment service provider. The equipment will be delivered, installed, and demonstrated by one of our fully trained technicians.
